My name is Maria I am of mixed parentage from the West Indies, Guyana and I have been a practising therapist in training, in Central London, Maida Vale, West London for the past five years. I am committed to providing short -term counselling and long term psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and groups on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I offer short term therapy CBT or Brief Solution Focused Therapy and long term psychotherapy

My practice is based in Central London, Maida Vale, West London,within easy reach of Central London and twenty mintues from Little Venice.
